I agree and consent to voluntarily share my PAN eKYC in the form of PAN number for the purpose of creating my eKYC/eSign Account [ VSIGN-ID ] with Verasys Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

 The purpose of the KYC account so created is to avail DSC and ESign services from Verasys.

 By providing my PAN number, I am aware that I am sharing my personal information including but not limited to my Name, Date Of Birth, Gender, Photograph, Contact details, Mobile number, Email id.

 I understand and agree that this information may be disclosed to law enforcing agencies as per the provisions of IT Act 2000, Rules and regulations of CCA, MEITY, Govt. Of India and any other applicable laws.

 I am aware that, there are other methods to obtain DSC such as by filling up a paper application and providing the necessary supporting documents.

 By choosing to continue and create this e-KYC/e-Sign Account, I as the applicant/subscriber agree to the terms & conditions mentioned in the Verasys CA e-KYC subscriber agreement.

 I understand that the e-KYC/e-Sign Account creation is as per relevant sections of the Identity Verification Guidelines (IVG) and the e-Authentication Guidelines for e-Sign Online Electronic Signature Service of the CCA, Govt. Of India. The information in this account will be used only for the purpose of issuance of DSC and e-Sign with the consent of the KYC Account holder.
